The Dementia + Decision-Making Project
Developed educational tools – 6 videos, 2 practical guides, 3 information brochures, and an interactive landing page for the project – to share practical and legal information to provide insight on supporting and empowering people living with dementia. This project is intended to support people living with dementia, as well as family or friend caregivers and care partners, and health care providers.
